Both Cynthia and Eva Marcille will promote Seagram's Escapes Holiday Marketplace: Featuring Black-Owned Businesses program through social media posts and publicity campaigns.
Bailey is already familiar with the show, having hosted a segment about it for RHOA last year. This time around, two models will utilize their large online followings to spread word of the campaign's goal: creating an arena where shoppers can come and support Black-owned businesses through shopping. According to a press release issued by them both. Seagram's Escapes will provide three participating companies with a grant of $10,000, making this initiative especially exciting for Bailey and Marcille who both share a passion for helping to improve the community. They'll promote some of their favorite black-owned products such as Mielle Organics hair care and Kenya Moore's clothing line as well as Bailey's luxury leather goods brand CB VIOR.
Seagram's Escapes' online marketplace will feature over 100 Black-owned retailers that will sell an assortment of apparel and beauty products ranging from apparel to beauty products. Beginning October 1, Bailey and Marcille will promote these brands through social media as well as host live events to increase traffic to Seagram's Escapes online marketplace.
As part of their plan, Bailey pledged to "keep supporting our amazing entrepreneurs and keeping it all within the family". She later posted an Instagram photo encouraging fans to do just that using #ShopBlack as an incentive.
