Minnesota Vikings WR #JustinJefferson #MaskedUp and Cooked Everyone 2023

FutureStarr.com Minnesota Vikings WR Justin Jefferson Masked Up and Cooked Everyone 2023 Before the Pro Bowl flag football exhibition game, Minnesota Vikings WR Justin Jefferson went undercover for YouTuber De La Haye. He had a full face mask that covered his identity. This is a great example of how O'Connell and Cousins are using different formations from the same personnel to force favorable matchups, hide Jefferson from press coverage and safety help, and get him the ball downfield with room to run. 1. Cover 1 Since Minnesota drafted Jefferson 22nd overall in 2020, he’s blazed the hottest trail of any wideout in team history. He’s racked up more than 1,400 yards in 2021, besting the Vikings’ former leader, Stefon Diggs. He’s also averaging a career-high 10.2 targets per game. The Vikings’ offensive coaching staff deserves credit for designing plays that give their star receiver an easy completion, no matter the coverage. That’s the type of thing that makes a game like Sunday’s feel sick, not just because of the play, but because it took so many people working together to make it happen. On the second-to-last play of the first half, Jefferson motioned across the formation and ended up in slot, where Packers linebackers Gary and Smith (on man) must detach from the line. This is called quarters, and it’s a great place for Jefferson to run a clear-out route. This route works because a defensive back has to cover both the outside shoulder and the inside shoulder of the slot receiver, which means that there’s plenty of space for Jefferson to move through. Once the linebacker is out of the way, the slot receiver can move into an open receiver hole and make a deep reception. It’s a simple play, but one that requires the receiver to be in perfect position. It also requires the defensive back to be aware of the route and a quick reaction to the play. The Vikings’ secondary was in a bit of a bind on this play, and the miscommunication between Darnell Savage and Aaron Burnett caused a lot of issues downfield. In the end, this route forced the Packers into one another and forced a false start, allowing Jefferson to snag the ball in the back of the end zone. It was a great catch and a big gain for Minnesota. The Vikings’ passing game was designed to take advantage of these types of blitzes, and Jefferson is well suited to the role. He’s got enough body to get through a linebacker’s initial pursuit, and his physical skills allow him to keep the defense honest, especially with a blitz. 2. Cover 2 Jefferson, at 23 years old, is a prime example of a young player who’s going to go big in 2023. He’s not the biggest, fastest, or best defender on the field (not that he needs to be), but he’s a natural route-runner, and his ability to create space is something that he’s been known to do since he was a kid. Throughout the course of his first three NFL seasons, Jefferson has proven that he’s one of the best pass-catchers in the game, a true X-factor who can catch the ball on any given play. He’s also a big believer in the concept of letting a play develop to its fullest potential. For instance, in the Vikings’ win over the Packers on Sunday, Jefferson was a key part of a slick play designed to get him open against any coverage (check!). He nailed a wide-open slant, and then delivered an explosive gain on his run after the catch. However, the aforementioned route was only a minor component of a larger design that included several other key components: a great throw from QB Kirk Cousins and the use of the new Vikings’ augmented secondary to swarm the Green Bay defenders. The aforementioned augmented secondary was largely created by bringing back veteran slot defender Chandon Sullivan and introducing the former first-round pick into the fold with his brother-in-law Corey Clark in man coverage. It also included a revamped blitz scheme to keep the linebackers on the field, as they’re often the key to limiting the passing game. The gizmo that Jefferson used to make the long reception was a little more complicated than it sounds, and was actually a clever piece of technology. It involved a gyroscope, accelerometer, and magnetic sensor that communicated the position of the receiver to a camera mounted on his helmet. The gizmo could also be used to track the ball’s path as it moves along the field. 3. Cover 3 Minnesota Vikings receiver Justin Jefferson has been one of the most explosive wideouts in football since the team drafted him 22nd overall in 2020. After a stellar rookie season that saw him rack up 1,400 yards and blaze the hottest trail of any wideout in team history, Jefferson re-emerged last year as one of the NFL’s best pass-catchers. Jefferson is also a dependable playmaker who can put up monster numbers against a variety of coverages. In Sunday’s game against the Packers, the Vikings’ offensive coaching staff used a number of different routes to keep Jefferson open in coverage, all with a focus on getting him an easy completion. On the first drive, for example, Jefferson motioned across the formation and was lined up against Packers LB Preston Smith as a flat defender in quarters coverage. In this type of coverage, a flat defender is responsible for taking up a zone. Here, he was responsible for covering an over route that crossed over his face, and Jefferson gets an explosive gain (22 yards!) on the run after a catch! Later in the second quarter, Jefferson again ran a similar route against quarters, this time with Packers DB Rasul Douglas as the flat defender. In this type of coverage, a linebacker needs to be able to sink underneath the route, and Douglas was unable to do that here. The Packers’ secondary had a ton of miscommunications on this play, and it was the biggest reason why Jefferson was able to get so much open. And it’s worth noting that O’Connell has a reputation for designing plays around coverage miscues, so Jefferson shouldn’t have to worry about being unable to make a play against this coverage in the future. This was a perfect example of how O’Connell juggled the responsibilities of Kirk Cousins and the Vikings’ secondary to create opportunities for Jefferson. Kirk is an offensive-minded quarterback with a great relationship with O’Connell, so this was probably one of the more difficult decisions O’Connell had to make in his first game as Minnesota’s head coach. Jefferson got the ball in a number of different situations, including against a double-coverage matchup with two Giants defenders on him, and he was able to get an easy completion in all of them. He even found himself in a one-on-one matchup against Eric Stokes and got an explosive gain in the process! This is what makes Jefferson so dangerous and so good, and it’s why his teammates need to be careful with him. 4. Cover 4 During his first three seasons in the NFL, Jefferson has been one of the most explosive wide receivers in football. He's led the Vikings in targets and receptions each year and he set career highs in both in 2021. The most important part of his success is his swagger, which he channels into every game, on and off the field. His teammates admire his ability to play with a swagger that's unteachable, and the swagger he gives off is what makes him such a great fit for this Minnesota Vikings offense. On Sunday, in the team's first game of 2023, Jefferson racked up 11 targets for a team-record 128 yards and a touchdown. This was by no means a fluke, and it didn't just happen overnight; it took a village to get there. In the beginning, O'Connell was utilizing different formations from the same personnel to force favorable matchups; he was using motion to hide Jefferson from press coverage and safety help; and he was throwing Jefferson the ball downfield with room to run. The result was a Vikings offense that looked like a juggernaut, and Jefferson was on the receiving end of every big play. But this was just the start of Jefferson's explosion in 2023. The rest of the season has been filled with massive gains, and it's looking like this may be the year that he finally breaks into the elite ranks of wide receivers. That said, there's still plenty of work to do for him to become the next Cooper Kupp. He's got some physical gifts that are going to be difficult to teach, and he's still working on his confidence. For example, he's not always in the right position to take advantage of coverage miscommunications. He's a deep threat, and the Packers' secondary didn't have a clue how to stop him. Fortunately, the Vikings' offensive coaching staff did. They tasked Jefferson with running a series of crossing routes deep downfield, and the Packers couldn't keep up. They lost their blitzing scheme, which forces the defense to scramble pre-snap to try to get on the same page with the offense. Thursday's PFT Live is Headlined by Justin Jefferson Thursday's PFT Live is headlined by Justin Jefferson, who was voted an All-Pro by Pro Football Focus and is a potential MVP candidate. He set LSU's school record for receptions (111) and is a skilled route-runner who can get his hands on the ball in any coverage. Mike Florio's PFT radio show moves to TV in this new NBC Sports series featuring interviews with top stars and breaking news. It streams live on Peacock. He’s an MVP candidate Thursday’s PFT Live is headlined by Justin Jefferson, the Minnesota Vikings wide receiver who made a big impact in his rookie season. He is averaging 12 receptions for 123 yards and a touchdown this season, setting new career highs in both categories. He was a two-star recruit out of LSU in 2017, but his performance at the NFL Combine and pro day helped him earn a first-round selection from the Vikings. He’s had a steady improvement in each of his first three seasons as an NFL player, and he continues to work on becoming an elite wide receiver. In addition to his performance in the league, Jefferson has also had a huge impact on social media. He’s been known to share a number of inspirational stories on social media, including his own journey to the NFL. Jefferson’s story is a good example of how much the NBA can change a person’s life. He’s a very successful athlete who has overcome adversity and is now a household name across the country. There’s no doubt that Jefferson is a great athlete, but his status as an MVP candidate isn’t as simple as it might sound. The winner of the MVP award is usually from an elite team, and since 1985, only four MVP winners have come from teams that didn’t finish first or second in their conference. Another factor to consider is voter fatigue. This is when voters become desensitized to the dominant play of a previous MVP winner, which can make it hard for him to repeat as the winner. The best players are able to make a case for themselves as a potential MVP winner based on their consistent improvement and the impact they’re having on their teams. Tatum has been a top-tier talent throughout his NBA career, and the improvement he’s seen this year has given him an extremely strong MVP case. He’s averaging 32.4 points and 12.4 rebounds this season, and he’s on pace to reach a triple-double stat line that only Wilt Chamberlain and Elgin Baylor have achieved in the past. He’s a Hall of Famer Thursday's PFT Live is headlined by Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Justin Jefferson, whose future has been brightened by an impressive NFL career. He was the Minnesota Vikings' first-round draft pick in 2020, and he went on to earn Pro Bowl honors in each of his first two seasons. There are four qualifications for a player to be elected into the Hall of Fame, and Jefferson has all of them. Peak, longevity, impact by position and total value are all important to determine whether a player is worthy of induction. Jefferson’s peak lasted for six seasons, and he was among the league’s most dominant receivers during that time. He also earned three Pro Bowl and two All-Pro honors in his career. He’s been a key part of the Vikings’ offense since he arrived in the league, and his skill sets have helped him to become one of the most productive players in the game. The Hall of Fame’s criteria are rigorous, and only a select few players are eligible for election. As a result, it’s easy to see why it takes so many years for some to get into the Hall of Fame. While there are some exceptions, only seven players have made the Hall of Fame in their first eligible year. Those players averaged a Legends Score of 55 over the past 20 years, and they all were top-100 ranked players in their time. If you look at the voting records from previous years, you’ll notice that players who make the semifinalists stage (top 25) in their first eligible year have a pretty high Legends Score. This is because the semifinalists tend to be the most recognizable names in the game, and they’re generally thought of as the Hall of Fame’s most likely enshrinees. But there are other players who aren’t as well-known, and it can be hard to predict whether they’ll get enshrined. That’s why it’s a good idea to look at private ballots for the Hall of Fame, as they usually indicate the odds that a certain player will make the final cut. He’s a Hall of Fame coach Thursday's PFT Live is headlined by Justin Jefferson, who is the son of two football coaches and a father who has given up his dream to play pro basketball in order to support his family. The show is a blend of situational comedy, breaking sports news, and unprecedented insider access. It’s airing on Peacock, the NFL’s new streaming platform, and will be simulcast on SiriusXM (channel 211) and available on the TuneIn app. The first-round draft pick of the Minnesota Vikings in 2020, Jefferson has been a key part of the team's success this season. He has a strong track record of catching passes, and his 7 receiving touchdowns this year are tied for the 3rd-most in franchise history by a rookie. Jefferson played college football for LSU and was a member of the National Championship team in 2019. He set several records at LSU, including 111 receptions, and 18 receiving touchdowns. He also broke the school’s single-season receiving yardage record, setting it at 1,540 yards. He was selected to the Pro Bowl and won the NFL Rookie of the Year Award. His older brother Jordan was a quarterback for LSU and Rickey Jefferson was a safety for the New Orleans Saints. The two brothers have been involved in major professional football in their spare time, with Jordan currently coaching at Colorado State and Rickey at the New Orleans Saints. After playing at Destrehan High School in Louisiana, Jefferson decided to attend LSU. While he wasn't considered one of the top recruits, he was still recruited heavily. Despite a disappointing freshman season, he grew to become one of the Tigers' most versatile receivers and was named SEC Offensive Player of the Week on multiple occasions. He helped the team win a national title in his junior year with 111 catches and 18 receiving touchdowns. He became the first player in the history of the NCAA to reach the 1,500-yard receiving mark in both his sophomore and junior seasons, and he made it look easy with his speed and athleticism on the field. He caught nine passes for 106 yards in the National Championship game against Clemson and finished with a career-high 128 receptions this season. He’s a Hall of Fame receiver The Vikings' first-round pick in 2020, Jefferson has already shown he’s a player who is headed for greatness. He’s one of the most explosive wide receivers in the NFL and is known for his ability to make big catches. He was a standout in his first two seasons in the league and was selected to both the Pro Bowl and the NFL All-Rookie team. He also made the AP All-Rookie second team and was tabbed as the PFWA Offensive Rookie of the Year. He ranks among the top rookie receivers in the NFL and is the Super Bowl era's record holder for most receiving yards by a rookie. During his first season in the NFL, Jefferson broke Anquan Boldin’s rookie record for most receptions by a wide receiver with 1,400 yards and he surpassed Sammy White’s single-season franchise record of 1,616 receiving yards. He was a key part of the Vikings’ offense and finished second in the NFL in 2021. As a junior in 2022, Jefferson was one of the most productive wide receivers in the country, recording a league-leading 128 receptions for 1,809 yards and 8 touchdowns. He was the leading receiver on LSU’s national championship team and helped the Tigers reach the College Football Playoff. In his career at LSU, he set school records for receptions and yards. He caught 165 passes for 2,415 yards and 24 TDs in three years at the university. He is the single-season receiver record holder with 111 catches during the 2019 season. He’s also a good friend of the PFT Live crew. He’s a fan of Mike Florio and his show and is always willing to help out the team. He even went to a PFT Live panel during Super Bowl week. The Jefferson family has a long history of football in Louisiana, with all three brothers playing for LSU. His older brother, Jordan, played quarterback for LSU from 2008-11 and was named the SEC’s Offensive Player of the Year in 2011-12. He led the team to a 13-0 regular season and an appearance in the BCS National Championship Game. Ranking the Vikings Biggest Needs This Offseason With free agency six weeks away and the NFL Draft 84 days from commencement, there are plenty of opportunities for the Vikings to address their biggest needs this offseason. The Vikings need to find a center that can help anchor the offensive line with Ezra Cleveland and Christian Darrisaw. They also need a right guard who can challenge Ed Ingram for the starting job. Defensive Line One of the Vikings’ biggest needs this offseason is at the defensive line. They have five defensive tackles under contract, but none of them played a significant role last season. The defensive line is responsible for stopping the run. They work closely with the linebackers to help them block offensive tackles and make sure that running backs do not get through their gaps. They also work together to try and get the offensive line to push back against the defense. In order to do this, they must understand their gap responsibility. Each defensive lineman is responsible for either the A, B, or C gap, depending on where they are positioned on the defensive line. This means that they must make sure that they are able to take on the offensive tackles, guards and center. Gap responsibility can be a tricky concept to understand, but it is important to know how to do it well. In order to do this, a defensive lineman must win inside hand placement and launch through the gap side shoulder of the offensive tackle. If they do not do this properly, then they will not be able to make the play. There are a lot of different stunts that can be performed by defensive linemen to help them do this, but one is a spike. This can be done by the defensive tackle going from the A gap to the B gap, or the nose going from the B gap to the A gap. This is a very important skill to be able to do correctly, and it should be practiced every single day of the offseason. If the Vikings can learn how to do this correctly, it will be a great asset on their defense. Offensive Line The Vikings offense has been a top tier team for the last few years, but they need to make some major changes this offseason if they are to compete for the NFC North title. According to Anthony Treash of Pro Football Focus, the Vikings biggest need is their offensive line. The offensive line consists of a center, two guards on either side, and two tackles. The function of the offensive line is to block on both running and passing plays. On passing plays, they will form a pocket for the quarterback to stand behind and deliver the football. On running plays, they will spread the pocket out for the ball carrier to run around. In order to effectively block on both passes and runs, an offensive lineman needs to be strong enough to take the whack. They also need to be able to bend at the knees and get into position to block. Another important skill of an offensive lineman is good hand use. A good offensive lineman will be able to strike quickly with their hands and be able to recoil and strike again. A good lineman will also know when to split and how far apart to be able to work together easier on double teams. Tight splits are used for pass protection, while wide splits are used to spread the pocket out on running plays. The Vikings offense has been struggling to run the ball well for a while now. This started to change in 2021 with the return of rookie Christian Darrisaw from injury, but it will need to continue to improve if they are going to have success this season and beyond. Quarterback With Kirk Cousins entering the final year of his contract in 2023, the Vikings have a massive opportunity to build around him. General manager Kwesi Adofo-Mensah has a huge task ahead of him in reshaping the team for the future and life after the quarterback of the moment. A lot of people have been pointing to the Vikings quarterback position as their biggest need this offseason, and it’s a fair point. They need a player at the position who can be an elite player on a long-term deal. The Vikings have a good core of players at the position, but there are some areas that could use some serious attention. The Vikings are currently ranked 31st in yards allowed on the outside, and their secondary needs to be overhauled. They also need to add a talented wide receiver that can keep opposing defenses from throwing everything at Justin Jefferson. The Vikings have a few options on the market, including Tennessee’s Jalin Hyatt, who had 1,267 receiving yards and 15 touchdowns last season. Another option would be to bring back Kene Nwangwu, who was a work in progress last year but has the potential to be a good option with his versatility and experience. Finally, the Vikings need to get more consistent play out of their offensive line. Despite the addition of Greg Joseph, Minnesota hasn’t seen much out of center Andrew Booth this season. If the Vikings can get more consistency out of their guards this offseason, they can improve their offensive line even further. They also need to address the running game with a new addition or two. They have a few good options at the position, but they may need to move on from Alex Mattison or Kene Nwangwu to make the most of it. Tight End The Vikings have a lot to prove this year after a disappointing season in which they finished 31st in yards allowed and 28th in points allowed. This is why it is important for them to address their biggest needs this offseason. Tight end is one of the most crucial positions on the Vikings offense, as it provides a versatile target for quarterbacks. Adding more depth at this position is essential for the Vikings to keep up with the competition in the NFC North. This position can also help the Vikings get more pressure on their quarterback, which was a major issue this past season. Minnesota signed Za’Darius Smith to a $42 million deal last year and, if healthy, he should be a key part of their edge-rushing attack. In addition to Smith, the Vikings have two other options at tight end. They have Nick Muse, a 7th-round pick from 2022 who is primed for a larger role and Jacob Hollister, who has experience with several NFL teams. With Smith injured, it is likely that the Vikings will experiment with both players until he comes back, at which point they will have to decide whether to trade for another tight end or sign a free agent. Johnny Mundt is also a possibility for the team, as he has experience playing in the league and could get some action while Smith recovers. The Vikings have a lot of other defensive needs this offseason, but the tight end is an area where they have to make a change if they are going to be successful in 2022. While they will have to invest a draft pick in the position, it is still a good move. Safety While the Vikings did make a lot of progress this offseason, there are still several areas that need attention. One of those areas is the safety line. The Vikings were 31st in the league in pass defense last season, allowing 221 yards per game to opposing passers. It's hard to blame defensive coordinator Ed Donatell for this, as he had a scheme that was unsuited to his players and was forced to play with a mediocre linebacker group. Adding a top-notch safety would help address that issue, though. The Vikings invested a first-round pick at the position this past year in Lewis Cine, and he should be ready to start right away. Another player to consider is cornerback Andrew Booth, who is coming off a concussion-limited offseason. He's a talented prospect out of Clemson and could be a solid option on day two or three if the Vikings are able to secure him on a reasonable contract. A top-level pass rush is another need on this roster, and that's a major priority for new general manager Kwesi Adofo-Mensah and his staff. The Vikings have a good defensive line, but not one that's as strong as they need it to be. There's also a good free agent and draft class to target on the defensive line this year. Dalvin Tomlinson is a good pass rusher who's a great value at the mid-round level. The Vikings' linebacker group is a bit thin, with only Eric Kendricks and Jordan Hicks on the roster. Both are 30 years old, so the team may want to look for a younger back who can be added to the mix. How Good Is Justin Jefferson 2023? Despite being just 23 years old, Justin Jefferson has already established himself as one of the best receivers in the NFL. He’s a fan favorite and has already earned a spot in many people’s top five wideouts. This season, he’s catching more passes than ever before. He’s also averaging 115 yards per game, which is the highest single-season mark for a wideout since Moss set his record in 2010. 1. He’s a lock to lead the league in receptions As the Minnesota Vikings enter their final two games of the season, one thing remains constant: Jefferson is a force to be reckoned with. He is currently the best wide receiver in the league and has a chance to break more records on Sunday against the New York Giants. He has already broken the single-season receiving record held by Hall of Famer Randy Moss. He’s also on track to become the first receiver in NFL history with over 1,800 yards and eight touchdowns. That alone is enough to make him a lock for the Pro Bowl. Jefferson has put up some impressive numbers in his first three years, and he continues to improve each season. He finished last year with a career-high 128 receptions, 1,809 yards and eight touchdowns, and that was only his second year in the league. That’s not an easy feat to accomplish, and it’s a testament to just how good Jefferson is that he’s able to maintain these impressive stat lines in an offense that has thrown the ball to him far more than any other player in the league. If he can continue to produce at this level, we can expect him to earn a big-money deal in 2023. In fact, he could even set the market, earning $30-$35 million per season. That’s a lot of money for a player who is just starting out, but it’s not out of the question for Jefferson if he keeps up his current pace. After a strong start in his NFL debut against the Green Bay Packers, Jefferson continued to impress in the next game, as he recorded nine receptions for 184 yards and two touchdowns. That was a huge improvement over his previous game against the Dallas Cowboys, where he only caught five passes for 34 yards. In the meantime, Jefferson has been helping the Vikings win their first five games this season. His presence in the passing game has helped to keep Kirk Cousins and company in the hunt for the top spot in the NFC North. The future is looking bright for this versatile wide receiver, and it’s a testament to his ability to stick with the team long term that he signed a four-year deal with the Vikings in 2020. He’ll remain under contract through 2024, but if Adofo-Mensah chooses to keep him around for the long haul, Jefferson will have the potential to command a WR2 pay grade. 2. He’s a lock to lead the league in receiving yards Justin Jefferson has quickly established himself as one of the most productive wide receivers in the NFL and has already surpassed former Vikings star Randy Moss in terms of receptions this season. He is also leading the league in receiving yards and has a lot of room for improvement in his fourth season. The Minnesota Vikings are in the midst of an NFC North title run and Justin Jefferson has been an integral part of their success so far this season. He leads the team in all receiving categories and has over 654 yards on the year with two games to go. He’s been a huge reason why the Vikings are one of the best teams in the NFL with a 5-1 record so far this season and is on track to break his own single-season Vikings receiving record that was set by Randy Moss back in 1998. He’s also in line to become the first player ever to lead the NFL in receiving yards and receptions in the same season. This is a great feat for a young player to accomplish, especially one that has been compared to Hall of Fame receiver Don Hutson who set the record for most receiving yards in a season in 1936. There have been a few players that have come close to breaking this record but no one has done it yet and Jefferson could very well be the first. Whether or not he can break the record this season is going to depend on how many catch attempts he has in Week 18. He needs to have at least two more catches this week against the Bears to have a chance of reaching 1,964 yards for the year and breaking Johnson’s single-season record. The Bears are an excellent pass defense and will be a tough matchup for Jefferson. They have the second-fewest pass attempts in the league and tend to build an early lead against teams. They also allow a lot of yards per attempt. This is why it is no surprise that the Vikings are interested in keeping Jefferson on the team for the long haul. He has already put up historic numbers to begin his career and he is clearly a talent that they want to keep on the roster for years to come. 3. He’s a lock to lead the league in touchdowns There’s no question that Justin Jefferson 2023 is one of the best receivers in the NFL, and he can be expected to lead the league in touchdowns next season. He also has the potential to make a run at becoming the first wide receiver in NFL history to win the MVP as a non-quarterback. This is especially true if the Vikings decide to extend Jefferson’s contract before the value of his salary skyrockets even more. In comparison, Tyreek Hill’s four-year deal last year paid him $30 million per season. If Jefferson were to land a similar contract, then his value would be around $160 million per season. That’s an enormous deal for a player who only turned 24 years old this year, and it makes Jefferson’s contract even more valuable. Considering how good he is, the Vikings have to do their best to keep him happy. It’s no surprise that the Vikings are hoping to extend Jefferson before his current contract expires at the end of this season. As a result, it’s likely that the team and Jefferson will have to begin contract negotiations this offseason. The Vikings have been on a tear this year, and they’ve been led by their superstar wide receiver. They’ve gone 7-1 in their last eight games and have moved into the top spot in the NFC North. They’re currently a game behind the Philadelphia Eagles for home field advantage throughout the NFC playoffs. On Sunday, Jefferson helped the Vikings get another win with seven receptions for 45 yards and a touchdown. This was his fourth consecutive game with multiple catches for a score and he has now racked up over 1,200 yards receiving on 81 receptions. It’s hard to imagine the Vikings being able to move on from Jefferson, but it will be interesting to see how he ends the 2022-2023 regular season. If he can break Megatron’s single-season receiving yardage record, then the 2023-2024 season could be his time to shine. If not, however, Jefferson’s value will be a lot lower than what some people have expected. 4. He’s a lock to lead the league in fantasy points When you look at justin jefferson 2023 from a fantasy point perspective, you can’t help but be impressed. Jefferson is a huge talent that has the potential to be the best wide receiver in the game. He has already earned a spot in the league’s top tier, and he will surely snag a lucrative contract soon. In his first season as a pro, Jefferson had an 88-1,400-7 receiving line, which is incredibly good for a player of his age and talent level. In addition to this, he led the NFL in receptions, and set career highs in targets, yards, and points. After a slow start to the season, Jefferson turned things around and tallied at least 100 yards in each of his first eight games. This led to him being named to the NFC Offensive Player of the Week in Week 11, and NFC Offensive Player of the Month in November. He is averaging more than 30 yards per catch this season and has scored three touchdowns in each of his first two games. This is a great sign for the Minnesota Vikings and it’s clear that Jefferson has the potential to be a big fantasy contributor. When you add in his ability to make plays near the goal line, you can see why Jefferson is a great pick for your dynasty team in 2023. He will be working in a new offense under Kevin O’Connell this season, but he will have the same offensive-minded coach that Cooper Kupp had in Los Angeles, which should allow him to take his game to another level. The new offense will have a lot of pre-snap motion and movement, a heavy focus on three-receiver sets, and a zone run game. These are all concepts that can be used to put more points on the board for Jefferson, and they could give him the opportunity to break records like he did last season. Justin Jefferson has been on the rise since he first came into the league as a rookie in 2020. His performance last year, along with his collegiate success, has cemented him as one of the best young receivers in the game. Iggy Azalea twerking in an illusion bodysuit The internet went wild over Aussie rapper Iggy Azalea’s twerking video that she posted herself on Instagram last weekend. Iggy is known for her eye-popping curves and isn’t shy about flaunting them. The singer and songwriter also has a thing for style, often getting dolled up for her latest Instagram posts. She recently donned a blue gown from Syndical Chamber that has the eye-catching ability of creating an optical illusion due to its sexy if not mind-bogglingly detailed design. The rapper also sported some killer black boots for the occasion as she made the rounds on her tour. Iggy has been in the spotlight lately, gracing the cover of the May issue of Vogue, announcing her highly anticipated return to the music industry and welcoming a son with her longtime partner Playboi Carti. She has since retreated to her home in Sydney, Australia, where she spends time with her new bundle of joy and takes care of her devoted fans. But for all of her mothering duties, Iggy always makes a point to take some time out of her busy schedule to get glammed up and share some sultry snapshots with her followers. Iggy Azalea twerking in a KFC bucket Aussie rapper Iggy Azalea has made a name for herself as a certified Instagram twerk queen. In recent weeks, she’s posted a number of twerking videos, as well as flattering photos showing off her assets to keep her fans engaged with her. As her upcoming album Survive the Summer approaches, Iggy seems poised to continue pushing her music, which may mean even more twerking on her IG page. In an Instagram video posted on Sunday, Azalea posed next to a jet in mesh leggings and twerked with a bucket of KFC balanced precariously on her booty. She wore a crop top, black mesh leggings and knee-high boots for the twerk session. Her twerking skills are evident as she rocks a sexy look, posing with a smile and wearing a sultry lip. She also has her hair pulled back in a sleek ponytail, and she’s wearing fishnet tights and a set of black underwear. While the twerking session is clearly a hilarious and fun stunt, it does seem a little insensitive, especially given the cultural implications of fried chicken. However, the blonde Australian is a master of her craft when it comes to twerking, so we’re willing to overlook any potential offenses that she might cause. Nick Young, who was once a couple goal for Azalea, recently took to Twitter to respond to her latest twerking clip. In the tweets, he apologised for “turning her into that.” He wrote that she has more to offer and that she’s still a great singer. The rapper then went on to post another twerking video to her account, featuring a bucket of KFC chicken balanced on her back, as she twerks in front of the camera. Her video is a viral hit and she hasn’t slowed down since. Iggy Azalea twerking on an airplane The Australian rap queen Iggy Azalea hasn’t been shy about flaunting her sexy physique. Despite the fact that she’s currently a mother of one, she hasn’t let her figure fall by the wayside. The Fly Killa Love Bug songstress recently shared a video on Instagram that left little to the imagination. The clip features Iggy in a sheer black bra and leggings twerking with the utmost of ease. The twerking is accompanied by some pretty slick posing and a few dance moves that left her fans scratching their heads. She even managed to pull off a few of the more esoteric twerk moves, like bending her knees and twisting her body in the air with her feet up on a stairwell. The trick to her twerking success is that she’s wearing a snakeskin dress, which covers up her rear and saves her from the awkward wardrobe malfunctions that usually accompany twerking in public. It’s also worth noting that she was able to pull off this feat in the middle of a flight, which is a huge accomplishment for any woman. The video was filmed in Sydney, Australia, and it was uploaded to Iggy’s Instagram account. Iggy Azalea twerking in a pool Iggy Azalea is one of the biggest rappers in the world, and she's been a trend setter since she started releasing music in 2011. She's gotten a lot of attention for her high-profile relationships, twerking clips on Instagram and candid admissions about cosmetic surgery, but her most famous claim to fame is her ability to make people question their assumptions. A rapper with a Southern drawl, she's one of the most interesting figures in hip hop, and her music has earned her two American Music Awards, three Billboard Music Awards and four Grammy nominations. Her debut album, The New Classic, topped the charts and her music videos have received millions of views on Vevo. She was born Amethyst Amelia Kelly on June 7, 1990, in Sydney, Australia. She grew up in Mullumbimby, a small town with a population of 3,000. Her parents, Brendan Kelly, a painter and comics artist, and Tanya Kelly, a cleaner, encouraged her to pursue her career as an artist. When Azalea was a teenager, she began rapping and began to take her career seriously. She moved to Los Angeles in 2011 and released her first mixtape, Ignorant Art. It featured her song "Pu$$y." She eventually signed with Island Def Jam, and the rapper went on to release five hit singles, including "Fancy" and "Black Widow," from her debut album. The rapper later moved to New York City, where she recorded her second album Digital Distortion. It was released in 2016 and included the singles "Two Times" and "Skyfall." In 2015, she got engaged to NBA player Nick Young. She broke up with him 12 months later, citing his alleged infidelity. In 2018, she released an EP titled Survive the Summer and announced that she was dating pro football player DeAndre Hopkins. She's a rapper who can be both funny and sassy, and her honesty is a major asset to her music. In her interviews, she's not afraid to tell it like it is. She's also not afraid to spit fire at anyone who gets under her skin. She's a hip-hop anomaly, a rank outsider who gained acceptance in the world of urban music before conquering the pop mainstream. Her songs are aggressive and brash, laced with trap music, which is a descendant of Southern rap.
